I didn't go in,I went thru the Drive thru,l love their Sandwiches, they are always fresh and they have the Best Ruben Sandwiches that l have ever eaten! I always go to the one at KempsRiver Shopping Center! I highly recommend that you ck it out!!! Enjoy!!!

I ordered something on the app that was no longer available, and between the staff and the manager, they did everything in their power to correct it by refunding and offering another meal in its place. Since my job has moved close to this Arby's location, this is my go to Arby's and staff has been friendly, kind, courteous, and always willing to assist me. The food has always been hot and I love the flavored lemonade...can we make the large larger please...

We don't eat Roast beast but when we do, it's Arby's!!! So good. Never disappoints.

I stopped by Arby’s the other day and had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The young man who helped me, Tavey, was polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He helped get my food out to me quickly and made sure my order was correct. It’s not often you see that level of professionalism anymore. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Because of his customer service alone, I’ll definitely be coming back. 5 stars all the way.

I’ve been by this Arby’s location many times and it is typically a fairly average experience. More often than not they give a small number of sauces which is a bit disappointing. However, I’ve had worse fast food experiences.

Ok, so I’d been to a few Arby’s trying to see who would get the mac and cheese right. All the Arby’s in Va Beach were serving up dry noodles and I tried 3 different locations. On my way into Norfolk, I decided to stop by this one. The reviews were bad, but I didn’t have anything to lose… I will say that they got the mac and cheese right. The cheese to noodle ratio was amazing with more cheese than noodle. I can tell they really mixed it before they just plopped it in the container. It was tasty, hot, and creamy and the girl at the window was super sweet. I did have to come back because my beef and cheddar sandwiches didn’t have cheddar but things happen. They remedied it with no issue. Although I’ve had better sandwiches (the bread was kinda dry), I know where I’ll be getting my mac from when I have the taste for it. I didn’t get pictures because I devoured it lmao…
